Returns and Delivery
Own-It is happy to refund all items within 28 days from your order date excluding delivery charge, in accordance with the distance selling regulations. Items must be returned with all original tags still attached and in original packaging. We do not accept returned items that have been soiled, damaged or smell of smoke or any other odour. You will need to arrange collection or pay delivery costs to get it returned to you.
A refund will only be guaranteed if the item is returned within the time frames stated above, starting from the date on your delivery note. Any items received after this date can be sent back to the original delivery address but at your own cost.
Please indicate on your delivery note the reason for returning the item. You must return your delivery note with your item so we can trace your order and issue your refund.
Intentionally damaged items or items damaged through wear will not be treated as faulty.
If we notice that you have an unusually high level of returns, we may not send your order and your account will automatically be refunded. (Funds make take up to 5 days to show in your account). This is to protect our company from persons who may wear and return our clothing. We also need to make sure returns are sustainable for our business and for the environment.
The cost of returning the item to us is your responsibility unless the item is faulty.
